EDUCATORS IN CONCEPCION, ARGENTINA BEGIN PEACEWORKS PROGRAM

The city of Concepcion, Argentina hosts 83 teachers from 15 schools of the Diocese of Gualeguaychu in a district-wide commitment to Peace Education. Peace Education Foundation trainers from the U.S. co-facilitate the workshop with local facilitators from the neighboring city of Victoria previously trained by the Foudation in what was a very dynamic collaborative team experience for all!

Peace Education Foundation trained local program coordinators will provide follow-up training and mentoring to ensure successful implementation. The success of the program is evident in the way local Peace Education Coordinators continue to export the program to other cities in the region.
